In April, DISD monthly exports set a record, and it plans to enter the top 5 wheel loader manufacturers in China by 2016.

DISD set a record for monthly exports in April by shipping 61 units of wheel loaders to customers and dealers outside China, and the cumulative production of wheel loaders reached 10,000 units. DISD held a ceremony to celebrate the production of the 10,000th wheel loader with more than 500 employees in attendance. “I greatly appreciate your efforts to accomplish such results. Let’s try harder to grow the wheel loader business even further in China,” said Jihua Liao, CEO of DISD. Liao delivered his message as an employee drove the 10,000th wheel loader out of the factory and performed a show for the audience. Executives, including Liao, joined the ribbon-cutting event celebrating the monthly export record. When officials cut the ribbon, five new wheel loaders came out of the factory as fireworks went off in the background. People in the audience applauded as they watched the wheel loaders leave the facility to be shipped to customers.

DISD’s first wheel loader was produced on December 8, 2008. DISD’s first model is still actively used in Inner Mongolia. DISD provides wheel loaders to the Chinese market, but also exports them to customers in other countries. DISD exported wheel loaders for the first time in December 2010 to a customer in Kazakhstan.Now DISD is exporting its wheel loaders to customers and dealers in more than 27 countries and has exported 306 units to date. DISD is planning to export 556 wheel loaders this year and is one step closer to its goal of joining the top 5 wheel loader manufacturers in China by 2016.
